At Sooke’s West Coast Collision, we provide a full range of services, including collision repairs and auto glass solutions. We work with all major BC insurance providers to keep the claims process smooth, and many of our estimates are offered at no charge. Some windshields need calibration, we rely on our big brother shop Belmont Collision to help with ensuring your cars advance driving assist systems are operating as they should! This can sometimes take a extra day if your car requires these calibrations.

Bring your insurance papers and claim number into the shop. Depending on what the damage looks like, we’ll provide an estimate of what we need to do. We may need to rebook for a full day to allow for disassembly and reassembly to see all components that are damaged — this way there's less chance of hidden damage found when the repairs come in, and gives time to submit the full report to ICBC. An estimate appointment will be required.
ADAS Calibration
As part of our collision repair service, we are one of the few shops in the area that provides ADAS calibration for advanced driving assist systems that exist in newer Vehicles. Our big brother shop Belmont Collision assist us with these calibrations Getting bumped in the bumper will affect blind spot detectors.
The car will need to be recalibrated in addition to bumper repairs. Also, new cars have forward facing cameras for adaptive cruise control, lane departure, and intelligent cruise control. If a windshield needs to be replaced, the cameras may have to be recalibrated as well.

ICBC REPAIR NETWORK
We are part of the ICBC Repair Network. Which means once you have your claim number we can handle your ICBC repairs from start to finish so you don't have to worry about anything but calling to make an appointment to get the ball rolling! After we have approval and parts we will book you and then all you need to worry about is dropping your car off and picking it up at the end.
Paint Repairs
Our paint repair services are designed to restore your vehicle’s finish and protect it for the long term. We use the PPG refinishing system to achieve accurate colour matching and a smooth, factory-quality finish. Whether it’s minor scratches, chips, or larger paint damage, our team focuses on precision and durability. The result is a seamless look and a finish built to last — often outlasting the life of your vehicle.
Complimentary Wash
If you have body work done related to a collision claim, we vacuum the vehicle interior and wipe down and wash the panels.
